Hey all, doing the right thing and making my intro thread. I'm 28 and I'm originally from WA State, but reside in Gulfport, MS because of the military (U.S. Navy Seabees). I have a 2000 Grand Am GT (4door, silver) and a 2006 G6 (not GT, but has the 3.5L, 4dr Dkgreen) and, to be honest, I didn't really think I would fall in love with my car[s] (I drive the GT) as much as I did.
I grew up a Ford man, cause Dad was, but man, after owning an Explorer, I'll never buy another Ford again. My Pontiac's have been great to me and I'm impressed with how well built (mine) are. I've only had to change my water pump on my GT and I did have to replace the intermediate steering shaft on my G6, but both very minor, as you can tell.
I've only added a CAI to my GT, but plan on doing more as I can. My next step is full exhaust (looking for the best place/cheap to get headers back) and then move on to throttle body, injectors, ECM, and a valve body for the tranny.
Well, I guess that's enough, most people probably won't read the whole thing anyway...lol. Glad to be here.
