Sorry for slow loaders... I've never shown anyone my GA, so I figured now would be a good time to give everyone the full scoop.

These decals may not add horsepower or performance, but the things they came with sure as hell do (minus the one with my school's insignia  !

New Jensen VM9412 which you may have or may have not read about in the mod section.

http://www.rpi.edu/~gineom/GA7.jpg

Two switches I installed today... one to control the DVD bypass for the Jensen Unit, and one for an unnamed task at this point in time, but it's all wired up and ready for something to do... time will tell. If you can tell the location of these here, it's on the center console between the stick shift and the rear cupholder. If you've ever looked under the center console on a 97 if you wanted to mount something, you may have seen a severe lack of space. These two spots are lierally the ONLY 2 spots on the center console within a convenient reach which can be mounted to. It was nerve-wracking... very nerve-wracking trying to ge the geometries right for the drillholes this morning.

This is the insignia ecthed into my strut brace and strut tower companies by Mathieu over at MRZ. The name of my beauty is "The Grand Ham," touching on the fact that a "ham" is something full of itself... so a play on those words made my logo. My girlfriend made it for me last year in Illustrator.. I had a pretty hard concept in my head, and she made it all come to fruition! Through the logo, you definitely get the feel of something that probably shouldn't be so full of himself (hence the gut), is in fact very hammy! I had to alter the logo a little bit to fit on the proportions of the strut equipment, but at the bottom you'll see the real logo... someday I'll have a rear-windshield vinyl made out of it. I know it all needs cleaning, but today's focus was on the exterior and interior, as well as some wiring. Next weekend I'll degrease the engine compartment and polish all polish-ables.

Oh, Turtle Wax ICE, what a beautiful day you've captured!

I fixed the link to the original Grand Ham logo, so it's up there for your enjoyment pleasure. As far as plans, they are substantial... but... this isn't my only project car. I'm 21 now and have owned a 1962 Dodge Town Wagon since I was 15. This thing is a BEAST, and when I started it, it didn't even move... it now throws about 500 HP to the wheels all motor, and runs 0-60 faster than most Porsche's. (low to mid 4's ... the things weighs about 7000 lbs -talk about a gearing problem)... bottom line, the beast usually gets my monetary attention. Aside from that, I'm a very performance-oriented guy.. I also like having a good-looking car as well, so I def do some things for appearance as well. That said, as far as new rims, I'll go for them next year... I was looking at TireRack, and found some rims that I really like for the look of the car... 18's, I'll probably go for. Rubber is also very important to me, so when I get tires, they'll be ultra-high-performance all-season... when I do that upgrade, I'll force myself to do 4-wheel oversized disc brakes, because I'm a firm believer in bigger wheels = bigger brakes. As far as a bodykit, probably not... maybe a paint job in the future, maybe slight body mods. Nitrous seems like a possibility, as does a supercharger (pair those together??? haha, that's what I like). Airbags are something that I love as well, so I'll probably throw those on when it comes time to give some attention to the suspension. Those are some of the loose plans as of now.. it's just a balance between my Town Wagon and the Grand Ham. Hope this shows you my direction. Thanks for the comments.

Looks nice and clean.

I cannot say the same after I hit that barrier at a cramped gas station over in Hubbard. *Doh*. (So far, it looks like it'll come out with some rubbing...)

Haha, I have come close to doing that on two occassions. I accidently rubbed one of those rough concrete walls one day and scatched the front of my bumper with a grinding sound. Nothing is more worse when a group of people give you the "are you retarded?" look.
