when i try to get the exhaust cam from any of the cars that they have on the list the casting number is 225/455 is this the right one?...and is it a good idea to have the cam swap with out the use of boost?

can't tell you anything about the casting,I just don't know. As far as using cams and no boost........OF COURSE:D The lift and duration on the cams for the Secret Cam swap is longer than the stock LD9 ones so your going to be getting a little more power. Will be doing this on my Grand Am when I get my AED front bumper painted

so you are telling me that the 255-455 and the 225-455 have the same lift?

to let people know my friend has torn down his motor which is the HO 2.3 and the exhaust cam casting number is 225-455. and on the swap guide it tells you that the casting numbers on the HO and LO are the same for the exhaust cams just a different lift. BUT on the guide it tells you that the casting number is 255-455. i dont know if this is a typo or what.
