Do they make performance chips for grand ams that arnt too expensive and just raise maybe around 20 hp? If so can you let me know a good site to get one? Also if anyone already has one can you please give me your opinion on them?

You can't chip our cars, you can reprogram the PCM or put a reprogrammed one in. I have the one from Milzy and works fine.
