Well, it seems that I forgot to post here when I got my new tail lights. Stupid me, eh? Well I ordered a set of TYC tail lights from Ebay back in June and received them within a week (which was pretty impressive). In preparation for my new tails, I also worked on cleaning up my exhaust tips because they really began to corrode.

pretty disgusting, eh?
Well here is the car with the new TYC's and the nicely cleaned tips:

Nice, eh? I'm really happy with the way they turned out. I wasn't sure if the Black ones would look good on my car but they accent it very well. I'll take some pictures of the car tomorrow.

Yeah there where chrome ones on a fellow Grand Am club member's car and I didn't like the look of it (too ricey for me... no offense to those who have them here, just not my cup of tea)

Looks good but you need to get rid of one of the GT things. Just looks weird to me for some reason.
BTW you consider tinting those tails?? Itll give the rear that dark appearance again.

I wish I could. I heard that you cannot Tint them in Winnipeg because of some stupid laws or something. And besides, the Police are real dicks about stuff on cars. Before I installed the tails I never got pulled over. Since then, about once every few weeks. Always for the same thing. They think they're too bright and thus not Street Legal. I just flash them my TYC Street Legal card and they let my go, mwa hahaha.

Man it's so crazy here on Sunday Nights (Winnipeg's Cruise Night). If the cops pull you over, expect to be waiting for 30 minutes as they check EVERYTHING even if the vehicle is completely stock.
Oh those tail lights of yours seem really bright. Oh hey, that looks like some illegal tint you got there. Oh you're car is too low? Oh you span tires by accident? Sure you did.
It's crazy.

Yea I just watched a special the other night on the battle with street racing. Seems like to me Id stay in on those nights. Not really worth it at all to me.

I disagree, there isnt anything there to compliment the chrome. I think that color would look hot with the black tyc's. The chrome is too much.
