So, I traded a sub with someone here in town, and I got something that I am REALLY pleased with...

It's an Resonant Engineering Audio (RE Audio) SR 15" dual 4 ohm sub. I feel kind of bad about the trade, so I'm going to contact the guy tonight after he gets off of work and offer him some other things. I traded a single Rockford Fosgate P2 10" sub, in a box. Here are some pictures of the beast.

Also, I had the HARDEST time fitting the box into my trunk, it's 17 5/8" high, and the trunk is only 17 3/8" high. I had to take out the carpet (false floor thing), and the spare tire just to get the box down into the trunk, then I had to push up on the box just to get the carpet back in there. The spare tire isn't in there now, but I'm going to keep it in the trunk and 'hide' it with a removeable amp rack. I am also going to cut a notch out the metal peice that is 17 5/8" high, 'cause right behind that peice, it's 17 3/4" so it would fit great...

I have a P5002 for temp, until I sell it and get one appropriate for it. I have it at 2 ohms bridged, which made the coils get a little warm so I'm probably going to put it into an 8ohm load.

sub looks nice man, i got my sub at 1 ohm and u can smell the voice coils after a while but at 8 ohms wont it have far less power?

Yes, but the sub is only rated at 300WRMS (Went for more SQ which is why I chose to put the 15" in) and my amp does 600WRMS into a 4 ohm load, and I have it all the way down to a 2 ohm load, which my amp can easily produce in excess of 900WRMS into a 2 ohm load (which it's not rated for). So, that's triple the power that I want/need for it. I'm trying to sell this amp so I can get a proper amp to power it.

It's definately not the prettiest, the guy I got it from tore up the paint job on it, and no there's huge scratches down to bre metal. I'm going to try to repaint it before I can sell it.

Got a memphis 1000D mono block for sale if ur interested, 1ohm stable but if u run it like 4 ohm or 2 ohm it wouldnt hurt that sub.

Subs gone already, I traded it for a few amps and a sub box.
