now before I get throttled for having this in "the wrong area" let me just ask these few questions.
I got rid of my Chevy Colorado last fall. The car that I got was a 2005 Grand Am GT Coupe. I had a 2001 GA SE before I got the truck and then back to another GA for a while
My main question is this. They extended my warranty to 39,000 miles/3 months because it was a "GM Certified" car instead of just Pre-Owned. Since I bought it, i've put on a lot of miles and now am into 37,xxx miles. Will my extended warranty cover me? Does the 39,000/3 Months mean 3,000 extra miles OR 3 months past the ORIGINAL purchase date of the vehicle? This car was originally purchased in November of 2004 (making it a 2005 model). So if I'm guessing right, the 39,000/3 Months would still make me under warranty, correct?
What I'm experiencing is this. While turning left (not while traveling straight or turning right) I can hit bumps and there will be a "squeak" of some kind coming from the left side (tower?) and I'm guess it's either a strut or ball joint. I want to see if I'm under the 39,000/3 month warranty before I decide to get it fixed otherwise.
I know I could just call the GM dealership, but I figured I'd try here first! any info would be greatly appreciated guys!
