ok, kinda a stupid question on this one guys. My passenger side window squeels, as it goes up. It only happens about 4 inches from the top and only happens when it goes up and not down. And ideas?

Tell your kid to remove his hand from the window opening.
He'll stop squealing, and we won't call Child Protective Services.

[edit]
Your' '99+ model has a different type of mechanim than my '96, so I'm not familiar with it.
I know one of its peculiarties is a pair of plastic clips at the bottom that are prone to breaking, so don't abuse that window.
they are a PITA to replace.
Two things you can do:
1. Get a can of Silicone Spray Lubricant (not oil like 3-in-1, not WD-40). This is also different from Silicone Sealant ('caulk').
Apply some to a Q-Tip, and run the Q-tip up-and-down in the wool pile glass tracks (front and rear).
This allows the glass to glide much more smoothly.
2. Remove the inner panel and clean/lube the entire mechanism.
So try #1 first.
Ask back here if that doesn't work, and I'll post the entire 'Power Window Service' procedure if I can find it.
Good luck,
