Got the banner! Next Stop: TINT!!!

well i got the winshield banner on nice and straight. i had it custom made from a local vinyl shop. it turned out great and for only 20 bucks its not too shabby. but besides that, i know i need to get tint on the windows, so i am....going with 35% since thats the darkest you can go in kansas.

to those of you that want to comment on my car's paint: yes i know the car is dirty....i had only cleaned the window to put the banner, on, but i assure you that after i did that, i washed it....i just dont have the pics to prove it!:P

not my thing everyone knows its a grand am gt i dont see the point in a big sticker saying it

but its your car if u like it then thats all that matters

But typically you don't want to put a banner on the car with the actual model name........

Im going to go back to a plain white banner though..........

not exactly the rave reviews i was looking forward to...but hey i like it and thats all that matters. i think it might look better after i debadge the car

Looks ok but your car doesn't need it, she looks great already. Tint will make it look even better, are you getting the door windows tinted as well?

i persolally like the pontiac symbol on the back window and a tint strip or vilal on the winshield like a banner,damn sun always blinding me

I like it. I ordered a windshield banner for my car tonight. It's red and says "Pontiac" in the Pontiac font.

I don't think it's lame to represent the model of car on your windshield. My dad put a FIERO banner on our '87 and everyone loves it. Hopefully you'll get better reviews all around after debadging it though, that way it doesn't say Grand Am GT in too many places. Can't wait to see it with tint!!!!

to answer a few questions: yes i am only 15, but i am turning 16 in 1 day.

the car looks great already, but that pic was taken before wash and wax....so it does look better than that

i plan to tint windows except for the windshield at 35%(legal limit in kansas)

i am also planning to debadge it, so that it only says grand am gt on the banner.

i am looking into a pontiac logo on the back window to finish off the look of the car.

If you want to see what 35% tint looks like on a car mine has the front/rear's both at 35.

Just not feelin banners with the make/model of the vehicle. Never have liked them, kinda dumb IMO.
