redid the trunk again

Well, after attending 5 shows in Boston, Newjersey, Maryland, and PA. Placing 1st at 2 of them being the Funk show and Ocean City Maryland, I have decided to redo my trunk. I was told that it was too plain and it need more flash to it. So, this is what you get. Took only 2 days to complete and that includes building the box, fiberglassing, bondo, carpet and component install.

i would put 1 more tv in the trunk lid, and put some bending LEDs around the corners and make it light up

Maybe go with some kind of fiberglass work or scuplting in the trunk. a nice scupltured box would look hot.

I dont like that trunk set up, but the inside set up is pretty damn nice.

I can not upload any other pictures of the car because of the size of them. If you saw the entire trunk setup, you would like it. The entire trunk is fiberglassed, I just carpeted it instead of painting it. I already have too much fiberglass that has been painted and the carpet makes it different and all of the judges and people who see my car in person, agree and are blown away.

oh wow, youre from williamsport??? i flew in there back in march to go see my (now ex). small world.

that install looks good, but that trunk doesnt seem to match the rest of the car as far as extremity. i would make some trim pieces that can be painted, itll add a lot of flash to it. maybe build a trim piece to go around both subs and paint that red.

I just never understood why people go to all the work to fiberglass something then cover it in carpet instead of painting it or vianl, but like i said we all have our own opinions, the inside looks tight though.

I like it. Having all fiberglass and no carpet looks like crap to me, the carpet makes it look cleaner.

i personally have a fiberglas painted box, but it doesnt take up my whole trunk, so i still have the carpet to accent it. yours looks very clean. personally i like the carpeted fiberglass look, its hard to pull off and you did a great job.
