95 GA SE-

My fuel line rusted and sprung a pinhole leak in the line directly above my fuel filter. Any suggestions on fixing this besides cutting the line and splicing?

Slit as piece of tubing lengthwise. Slip it over the gas line and hold it with a hose clamp. That will hold it ubtil you get the line replaced.

Don't even think of leaving it like that. You will start springing leaks every where else so get it replaced.

By "get IT replaced", I'm sure tenspeed means the entire steel line, from filter to fuel rail.

The line is under a lot of pressure (*should* be limited to about 45 psi by the Fuel Pressure Regulator on the engine) but the fuel pump can produce as much as 60 psi.
That's the same pressure as your house's waterline from the city main, so there's potential for a lot of dangerous fuel to spray out.

If you have a tubing bender and flaring tool(s) and know what you're doing, you can buy straight lengths of seamless steel tubing from NAPA, etc. and make your own replacement.
Kinda PITA with all the specific little bends and angles, though.

Every brake shop has the ability to make a replacement, but I dunno if they'll do fuel lines.
If you live in the rust belt, most general automotive shops can do your fuel line(s).
(You'll also want to inspect the fuel return line from the FPR to the tank).
Call around and get some estimates.

Good luck,
