On the top of the motor the the plate like thing that says QUAD 4
It has 4 bolts. remove the ground wire on the battery then pull the four bots on the plate that says Quad 4. All 4 plugs are right there under the plate. The gap for the plugs is .35 and get some anti-size before you put new plugs in.
Quads have a way of trying to become one with the spark plugs. The only way to stop it is using some anti-size on the treads of the new plugs before you put them in.
You will know real fast if the person before you used it. The plugs will feel almost rustred in place if they didn't.
More than one person on here has broke a plug off in the head trying to force it out. If you have a plug that wont come out, run the motor for a couple minutes. It will warm the head and expand it a little, that should help get the plug out. WAIT till the motor is completely cold before you replace the plug with a new one.
Also on Quads changing the plugs is a full tune up. There is nothing else to do. Unlike the old GTO, where the points needed set, the timming would need set, changing cap, rotor. Well you know the routine.

I'm running normal auto-light, Always have in this car with no problems. I've read a number of posts where different folks complain about different plugs. I've never had a problem and that's what GM puts in them when they sell it to you. Well maybe not auto-light,,,,,, but they do install normal plugs.
