i was told that a cop came by (a second one) and asked them what they think they were doing. i dont'have the whoel story but basically the jist of it. they were cooking perogi's and rinking beer and stuff and the cop made a little stink about it. he told them "you are drinking in public".....well of course....the bars were closed :lol:
but i went to bed before that happened. so not positive on what exactly happened

Technically that would be incorret.

The hotel parking lot is owned by the hotel, privately. And since you all, or most of you were guests at the hotel you aren't in public.

Too bad I wasn't there to correct him on the term of public and private property.

At about 3:30am a cop followed a car into the Dunkin Donuts lots and lit em up. We kept on going with the deep frying, cards, and beer. When he was done there, he made a pit stop in our lot. He asked us what we were doing. I think I told him we were frying some food in between on the "um..." responses. He just said "you can't have that" pointing to an open bottle. It was probably wise not to mention that the last cop said otherwise.
