It wasn't my fault, so I did get $8,000 from the insurance company and got a '07 Civic EX in manual, it's awesome ;)

You have to do the same for the GA if you don't have the fold down rear seat. My seats have been pulled before.

You don't know the half of it, theres more to it that just that.. on my '96 both parts of the seat had to come out and so did some trim pieces just so that packing shelf could come out so you could get at those speakers.

I had to undo the 2 bolts in the front of the lower part, then pull the lower seat out.
Then I had to undo the two T-50 Torx bolts that held the upper seatback/seatbelts in. And pull the seatbelts and seat back out.
After doing that, i had to remove the rear side trim piece before I could pull out the cover panel.

Hey guys, I'm back. My internet was down. but to explain my accident alittle more, there was a civic involved, it got hit by a box that fell off a truck, it swerved (to avoid an empty box...) and spun out going 65-70. I was like 35 feet behind it, but it came into my lane and smashed the left front side of my car, which sent me flying off the road into that tree.
The impact seriously didn't hurt or anything, I was in slow-motion mode, and just watched the tree fly towards me, I think I may have blacked out right at impact, because I seriously felt nothing. My airbags did go off, but I didn't even really feel them touch me...it was so strange. It did fill my car with smoke, so I jumped out of the window and rolled down the incline to check on the other driver. She was fine, her civic probably was totalled too, the whole front of the car was pushed upwards as she went into the ditch.
My new civic seriously feels on-par to my GA power wise too... minus some torque. It's a really nice ride, except I'm still learning how to smoothly drive a 5-speed.
