I too would like to thank everyone who attended and organized and contributed to the events and gave me a birthday and a weekend to remember for the rest of my life, and the inspiration to come home and finish planning my Pontiac for next year's meet.

You all deserve a round of applause for all the hard work, time, money and effort you all put into organizing these events every year. I know it's not easy but it's worth it.

Seriously, I wanted to say something like this too..

Thanks ECM for all your hard work in helping to make this a success, couldn't do it otherwise! Also, everybody here on GAOC.. You are all like a second family to me, and I had an amazing time seeing all of you. It's so great to break out of the monotony of life, and the things that trouble us and get away for a few days to hang out with some awesome people. Whether we're 18 or 58 it seems we can all relate and get along, and have a great time over a common interest.
I found it hard to say goodbye, knowing that I won't see many of you again until next year... however thats kind of what makes it more special, is the fact that we don't do it every weekend or something.

So.. in short.. THANK YOU, and I really do cherish the time I spend with all of you, either at Albany or here on the boards. You're all so kind, and make everybody feel accepted, and just forget our problems for a while. See ya next year! :)

...sorry, I wasn't really going for sappy, but it just kinda happened!

Seriously, thanks to all those mentioned above. The event was a resounding success yet again, and would not be possible without the hard work and determination of everyone involved. Special thanks to John, Leanne, Jay, and RJ.

I'd also like to thank Ben for his generosity (an understatement!!!) which made my trip to Albany possible; and to Jason & Beth for putting up with my snoring. The bed was great. Thanks guys!!!

And to Tim for spending almost all of his weekend tuning and re-tuning cars until everyone was completely satisfied. I have never seen anyone work so diligently to ensure that everyone was happy. And who delivered such amazing results with a laptop. And thanks for letting me borrow the solder and iron! :)

I'd like to also thank John (onilink) for letting me drive over his new Bandit repeatedly, and for the hilarity that ensued. :lol: You're nuts man! :bow:

Thanks to Karen (my wife). I know you didn't want me to go, but thanks for being understanding and not killing me when I arrived home. Love ya, babe!

Thanks to Pucci, for driving all the way up from TEXAS! Your surprise entrance was great, and really took attention from my presence at the meet. :lol:

Also like to that ALL the ECM folks. Yall did it again. I know there is alot of work that goes into these and yall make it all flow so nice. I expect better next year. But if it is just like this year I will be just as happy. BUT I AM NOT DRIVING NEXT YEAR. I am gonna fly.

Also a really special thanks to Kelly and Paula. I know what yall did you didnt have to do and I really thank you for that from the bottom of my heart. you made a bad situation not so bad. and it is really nice to know that there are people that care.

On topic ... to be fair, I can't single anyone out because I am bound to forget someone but I would like to thank EVERYONE at ClubECM for the great amount, effort and money to put on this event ... we all had a great time and even though you guys might sometimes feel during all the planning that we don't appreciate you and maybe we are getting somewhat 'used to' and 'expect you to out perform yourself', I just want to bring this to the forefront ... YOU GUYS ARE AWESOME and if it were not for you, there would be no Albany Meet!!!!!!!!
