What do these marking mean?

I just bought a car and notice markings on the tires that I am not sure what they mean. Can someone help? Here's what they say on the sidewall:

Treadwear 280, Traction AA, Temperature A.

If it makes a difference, the tires are Eagle F1s. I was going to take a pic but my old worn out camera battery is dead yet again.

awsome! I've never noticed that on my other cars. I'm really tempted to go out with a flashlight and check right now! lol

IIRC all tires are required to have that if they are DOT legal.

Maybe it's just more prominent on the Eagle F1s? Not really sure why I hadn't noticed that before on my other cars.
