shift shock

Is it normal to feel a harder shift shock after you change your exhaust? This is only felt when car isnt warmed up for 5-10mins.

If it's only felt prior to warming up I would suggest you get in for a new filter and oil change on your transmission. Sounds like your tranny fluid is to thick when cold, and this (i would think) is due to contaminants in the oil.
