Ok this isn't the best looking GA around, but it's mine :)
I have a lot of problems with my car I am in the process of repairing. Nothing is major.

Okay so the muffler is new, and don't look right to me. Anyone else thinks it looks funny?
Also see how crappy my headlamps are. Thanks to living in Florida. And the wheel covers are cracked. Thanks to D.C. roads. And how the defroster grill is cracked. Thanks to living in the cold.
Anyone know what I can use that will make the door moulding stay? I use superglue once a year on it, but they keep coming undone.

3M double sided tape works great. Any auto parts store should have some, just make sure you clean the molding and door sill before you apply the tape.

I do kinda find it funny you blame everyone but yourself for the hubcap and the headlamps being oxidized, kinda your fualt there
All those things can easily and cheaply be fixed.
I have a HOW TO on fixing the headlights on here BTW
I cringe when i see people put things on their car like that, its a car, not a counter top.

the headlamp issue is on the INSIDE of the fixture. And yeah I do blame road conditions and weather to most of the damage on my car :)

no one else things the exhaust looks weird, or is hanging too low? I think I need to go back to this body shop and tell them to correct it. My husband drives behind me in the morning and told me when I hit a bump, it moves a lot.

Yea these are all minor repairs and should be in top shape after the repairs. It is still a nice ride.
The exhaust hanger looks too close to the tire, I'd be surprised if it isn't rubbing when you hit a bump. As for the rubber by the doors I also had that problem and used the 3M double sided tape as Matt suggested and haven't had a problem since.

And how the defroster grill is cracked. Thanks to living in the cold.
how cold does it get? Just really curious because my car is driven in the cold a lot (-38 to -40 Celcius) and i've never seen that happen?

well last winter I got in the car and turned the defrost on, and the thing cracked. I guess it's cause it expanded.
My friend at work just looked under the exhaust and said that my pipe is held on by a piece of rubber, normal?

At least its not orange with some buick portholes on there
I think with a little work it will look great ! It doesnt look bad now at all so just hang in there spend some quality time with it and you will be good to go.
Cant wait to see what you have in store for it

The exhaust is supposed to be supported by rubber hangars. But you're right, it is not hanging right at all. The tips should not be pointed down like that.

yea the exhaust has little rubber things that hold it on so that it can move a little when u go over bumper. the rubber in that one picture looks like its new. it is possible that the new rubber is bigger and let the muffler hang lower. if u really worried about it stop by a JY and see if theyll let u buy some rubber exhaust hangers. that may fix it

hey can someone take a picture of their exhaust pipes for me, I am taking my car back to the shop this afternoon and I'm gonna tell them I want it to look like that! Since that's what it looked like before the accident.

... the hangers are 'pulled' out of shape ... all you have to do is to 'push and pull' the muffler so the hangers bend and end up holding the muffler in the proper location ... i.e.: looking quickly at the picture, it looks as if there is too much of a 'V' between the hanger and the muffler on the vertical plane ;) ... basically, grab a hold of the brackets and bend it :)

As far as the headlights, they're plentiful on ebay, and from what I understand, are not difficult to replace.

Girl that thing needs some spare parts, don't fret about the wheels and tires, it's a perfect excuse to get new wheels and tires =) as for the exhaust.. screw it.. that's another good reason to get a new aftermarket setup maybe a catback system with new tips. With those things have been said it would be fixing and improving all at the same time.

I'm sure it's too late now and you have prob gotten it fixed already but in picture #3 the rubber hanger looks broken or is that the shadow I'm seeing.
