MMS Stage II

Ok soo im on milzy's site and im kinda interested in the stage 2 package for the 3400... I noticed that a grand am ran a 13.9 with that package.. now is this a 13.9 on a grand am that has just this package and no headers cai or exhaust??? the reason i am asking this on here is because they havent responded to my question for a few days and am interested... thanx in advance!

the stage two is built for boost... i dont recall it saying if the car was N/A or F/I but i think that is also a boosted car

Chances are that if the guy that has the car went far enough to get a stage Two package he probably has headers and exhaust as well, if not more.
