Ever since I bought my car the leather pads on the doors have both been peeling off. The adhesive is a mild brown color and looks horrible, so I highly doubt it is aftermarket. I want to pull off the pads and re-apply them.

But the right pad is sagging on the bottom.

What are your ideas on repairing these???

you could try to remove the door panel and get some spray adhesive and try to fix it that way.

once the panel is off, slowly and carefully peel back the peace hanging off. spray both the cloth and the door panel. before spraying the panel be shore to mask off parts you dont want glue on then re-attach and strech fabric back in place. also remeber to let the glue get 'tacky' before applying. the glue sticks to the glue it doesnt hold the fabric to the panel. if that made scence

pick up heavy duty spray interior adhesive from any automotive shops

it comes in an aerosol can

but i think you should have recovered it in red suede instead :)
