Will These Wheels Fit ? Or Any Wheel Suggestions

So I've got a white 99 grand am se, and I'm still sporting off the stock steel wheels and hubcaps. She needs new shoes and I'm not sure what to buy her.

My budget is pretty much around $800, not more than $900 for sure, but I'm still looking to get the best deal. This includes wheels and tires. I want at least 17's. Preferably 17's actually but 18's will work also.

I am not a fan of any black rims so please don't propose them.

I have found these wheels and tires on eBay, and I really like them, and they are a pretty good deal, but I'm not totally sure they will fit.

They are ADR VENEMOUS wheels with LEXANI N3000 TIRES.
The wheels are 17 x 7, 5 x 114.3 and have a 42mm offset.
The tires are LEXANI N3000 215/45/17.
If someone is positive these will fit without any clearance issues please let me know.
Also, I'm told I will need hub centric rings. If I do need these, what size do I need and where can I find them.

I am not totally set on these wheels and tires, I just like them a lot. Any other suggestions will be seriously considered. Thanks so much for the help guys ! Now show me your favorite wheels and tires :D

Never heard of those tires. Don't skimp on tires - they are the most important part of the car in terms of safety, performance, and handling.

I'm also getting rims very soon that are 114.3 so anyone know where to get a hubcentric ring for it?

I have those tires and loove them actually. I also know 2 other people who have them in the same size as me (225/40/18) who've had them longer with nothing but good things to say. Just my .02.

I'm pretty sure they'll fit. The offsets you should be using are +35 to +42 so I don't see a problem with those. I'm running 5x114.3 with a +40 offset and have had no problems if it helps.
