Nice Sata. I used one of the Digital Sata Jet 2000 at my old job. It was ok but I really like the DeVilbiss guns myself. Once my truck is ready for paint I'll be picking up a pair of them. One for Primer other for paint.

Just want to know. why do you need more than one gun. and which kind of gun is used for what?

u dont, its just recomended, and i myself have a couple guns for every stage, The big thing that hinders u from using one gun for everything is the tip size and devilbiss gives u 3 tips with pretty much every gun they sell and there price is nice, there is a difference in gun types, RP stands for reduced pressure its based off the old time guns witch where awesome for laying down paint but had tons of waste and overspray, now they have 65 percent transfer rate or higher and a lower air consumption, this is what my sata gun is and it is mainly used for clears because it atomizes high solid clears nicely and lays down smooth, there is a lil more waste compared to HVLP but with the time saved from not having to wet sand its worth it, and then there is HVLP (High volume Low Pressure) these guns have high paint to pannel transfer rates and are great for base coats and primers, they tend to have a high air consumption with a bit more orange peel but still can see fantasic resualts when used with clears just need to have good gun technique and fourm witch is key for any kind of gun u use!

Couldn't have said it better.
Where I used to work we built locomotives. The Satas are what was primarly used for the exterior of the locomotives/cars shooting single stage paint. I area I worked in delt with large inverter boxes. I pretty much primed and did the insides white using a 5 gallon pressurized pot. Any gun with a cup made it very difficult to get inside the boxes and around brackets without bumping something. The outside of the boxes was done in simular manner in a different booth using a electrostatic gun.
