Car was wrecked

I think my car was wrecked before. Just picked it up from a dealership a few months ago. First I noticed the paint was chipping on the rear driver side door pretty bad and it doesnt look as glossy as the rest. I took the pinstripes off today and was all fine until I took it off the same door (rear driver door) and it pulled the paint off. I think it was wrecked and the door was cheaply painted. The dealership told me theres nothing they can do unless theres frame damage. Can I use touch up paint until I get money to get it to a bad shop? and if so than how can I make it look decent, its gonna be awhile.

If the car was damaged and they didn't tell you, they are liable for fixing it. They are responsible for telling you if the car had been wrecked.

What kind of dealership was it? Like a nice used dealership or one of those little hole in the wall places?

My wife just told me that they said it was wrecked. They put me on the phone with geico than told her it was wrecked when i was pre-occupied. Nice dealership called drivetime. They said if I find out that it has frame damage than they'll buy it back. I'm just pissed.
