I was putting down the passenger side window when it completely fell to the bottom on its own. Turns out it was one of those stupid clips. I'm going to pick up a clip tomorrow from the dealer or wherever but my dad and I couldn't figure out how all of the parts actually work. I attached a picture of the parts and the piece that broke is inside one of the red boxes, I'm just not sure which one it is.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I hope I am wrong. But if the plastic clip is broken you need to replace the whole regulator.
Here is where I read it on a website when I did mine.

When I fixed my power window, I bought the part from ebay. I returned it as the motor look cheaply made from china. Bought a another one from Lordco and big difference in motor qyality. Paid $60 more, but worth it to me.
Just my 2 cents worth.
Looking at your picture, thats how my ebay motor looked like.

From Jumpball's link:
"The plastic part with red arrow is permanently glued to the window (or at least it should be). This plastic bracket comes as part of the window assembly. It is not part of the regulator. "
So even if you buy a brand-new regulator, you still gotta buy a separate plastic piece.

I've never worked on the powwer window assemblies in the '99+ models, but IIRC from reading here:
* You gotta remove the broken plastic piece from the glass, clean the glass, then glue the new part on.
So you'll know what goes where when you get in there, and see some plastic still glued to the glass.
*The wire cable (on the regulator) slips thru the plastic clip, which has 'fingers' that kinda grip the cable.
Hope this helps.
