long term engine storage

I am pulling the engine from my parts car has about 50k on it and storing it until my engine in my current car starts to go out, could be several years since it only has 115k on it. What should I do to the engine I am storing to make sure it doesn't give me any problem when I bring it out of hibernation?

Before you shut 'er down for the last time run some fuel stabil
through it and FOG the hell out of it, she'll be fine 10 years later.
