Well i was waxing the car yesterday and noticed a nice size scratch on the rear bumper. Tried to used Meguiares scratch-x and got some of it but need something else. Does anyone know the paint code for the burnt orange color or know any other scratch remover for the bumper? Thanks

Need to see a pic, its gonna depend on how bad the scratch is.

Here are a couple pics, the scratch is about 1/2 inch and then fades going towards the front of the car. Someone hit it trying to park (i even park away from people).

Thats definitely going to need to be repainted. Scratch remover just isn't going to fix that its way to deep. Sorry but I don't know the paint code.

That Meguaires Scratch-X really takes small scratches out. Scuffs are easy to get out with it but deep scratches it dont.

Quick rule of thumb is if it catches your fingernail when going over the area lightly it needs to be repainted. Scratch-X takes a long time for most scratches, so I hope you have strong arms.

ScratchX is not a wipe on, wipe off product. You actually have to work it in.

I hate to say though, scratch X is not going to help this case. From the looks of it, it'll need to be sanded, filled with some duraglass to fill and smooth it, and then repainted.
