They will fit but, they are not the actual correct size. The bolt pattern is 5x115mm. Those are .7mm short of being dead on, many threads on this. Some have no problems and others have had wheels come off while driving. If you do decide to get them get hubcentric rings from http://www.justforwheels.com/index.jsp
The rings hold your rim in the center while you tighten down the lugs. If using 114.3 rims, tightening one nut to far can pull the rim that way because of the tapered end of the nut, the ring holds it in the center, look at that sites how it works thing,
http://www.justforwheels.com/index.jsp?cat=hubcentric&sub=how

if you know the wheels center bore, you can get rings cheaper from other places. The GA hub size is 70.3mm

most places that you order the wheels and tires from send rings with the order.

www.tirerack.com
You can search for your car, and the wheels were all 5x115 as far as I saw.

search for bolt pattern on here and you can see the debate over 5x115 vs 5x114.3.

The hub rings hold your rim on center while you tighten the lugs, without it on a 114.3 tightening one lug to far before the others can cause that lug to pull the hole so it sits flush and the rest would not.
It works because of the taper on the bottom of the lug nut wants to sit flush in the hole, but the hole is slightly off center of the bottom of the nut.

You are looking for a solid black rim? I was also, they are few and far between but, I found these http://www.jccarcrafter.com/msr090.html
ones lacking a chrome or polished lip are hard to find in 5x115 it takes lots of searching and don't trust some sites, if you find a rim that the site says will fit, search for that wheel and find out what the bolt pattern is.
