How many total miles on the car?
Did you ask the shop to find and cure the source of the 'rattles', or simply to replace the struts and bushings?
If they couldn't find or fix the rattles, they should have told you so.
If a shop replaced those items, they also needed to perform a complete 4-wheel alignment.
They also needed to tell you what other components (wheel bearings, ball joints, tie-rod ends, CV joints, or anti-sway bar links) were defective.
Finally, would you define 'rattles' a little more fully:
* Is it a noise only, or also a vibration or shaking motion?
* Is it very strong, strong, medium, slightly annoying, mild, or almost imperceptable?
* Does it seem to come from the front of the car, center, rear, or all over?
* Does it seem to come from the left side, right side, or both?
* Is it strong at all speeds, or only at a certain speed (or speed range)?
* Does it change as you brake, or turn right, or turn left?
How old are the tires (miles?).
How many miles since they were balanced and rotated?
Have you SLAMMED a curb recently with a tire, or loaned the car to somebody who might have?
Lots of reasons for rattles on a GA, some easy and cheap to fix, others $$$.
If you answer the questions, we can try to narrow this down.

-Rick I just asked them to replace the struts and mounts, cause from what i have been reading thats what typically goes bad,he told me the mounts were good so he only put struts on..i notice the (rattle) at lower speeds, say when going over a small bump or crack in the road,it doesnt do it when driving on a really smooth surface..It does (pop) when turning the wheel both directions..I know this could probably be alot of things, but im just trying to narrow it down as much as possible,so im not putting hundreds of dollars into it..Thanks for the reply

It's prolly the strut BEARING PLATES, which crack and clatter, but don't go anywhere or cause any other problems.
About $25 each, one at the top of each strut.
You hafta remove each strut to replace them.
Most mechanics would have looked to see if they were bad, so they could sell you replacements.
