I'm looking for opinions on my black 99 ga se, sorry I don't have time to photoshop it. I'm thinking of doing a yellow and black engine bay theme. Yellow mainfold cover, black letters, yellow cia, and yellow wire covers. I'll be painting the frame soon (in western NY its a good idea because of the road salt) and will be doing that in yellow. I like the red and blues, but I'd like to be different. What are your thoughts? And yes a yellow top optima would be awesome too.

Yellow is a strong color, don't over-do it.

Skip the yellow wire covers/wire loom. Too tacky, no point of drawing attention to the speghetti in the engine bay. Leave them black and they will be far less noticable and it will look less cluttered.
Can't say yellow is really that 'different', different in my mind would be Anodized red, or marblized blue, stuff to that effect.
