Not sure yet about the paint. Just thinking about painting it the color of the car. I have graphics planned for next year since the weather is gonna be gettin too bad to paint soon. Just gonna paint the hood for now. If you guys have any ideas for the paint let me know and I will see how things go. I am always looking for more ideas for the car
Ya it is a single scoop molded in and I have a cut out in the hood for max air flow. I just need to figure out how to make it ram air. I will try to get some pics tomorrow of the cutout.

I was thinking of maybe like putting a black graphic in the reverse scoop. Then again ghost flames are always hot on red cars.

The tails are great. I gotta get some time to fix some stuff on the hood and then paint it.

I just realized that the mesh fits snug in there. What did you do to keep the mesh from falling out :???:

It is molded in on the scoop that I bought, so I just taped it off when I primed it.

do you have any sort of trap or catch for all the water that just rolls in (from the back vents especially) and if you dont have em open,, i know the one who has it in silver (matt) has em open.. so either one of you,, what do you do? (Im making my own hood now.. about %90 done, but still contemplating cutting open the bottom....)

No i dont. I just dont drive it when I know it is gonna rain. That and a little water isn't gonna hurt.

well.. i live in the city, and i dont have an indoor parking spot. so my car is outside 24\7, rain\shine\snow.... thats why im probably not gonna open it. (btw.. finished project will be up here soon)

I have almost the same hood which has been through snow, rain, and sun - no problem at all :)

Thanks for the compliments.
I have a garage that I keep it in, so rain, snow, etc doesn't get to it
