well thats a bit of an oxymoron. theres no cheap, quality mods that will drastically make your car look better.
you can debadge it, detail it (and i mean clay bar, polish, wax, interior) and or course theres the vinyl overlays like for the pontiac dart on the front and on the wheels.
none of those are drastic, but subtle and will overall make the car look good. it wont start to look unique until it has rims, is lowered, and maybe has unique body parts like a body kit, hood, or spoiler.

Yeah as Dave said, Grafxwerks has some relatively cheap mods that can make your car stand out from the rest of the heard. It depends on the color of your car and if you have a theme or color combo you are looking for.

Be very very very careful of cheap mods becuase when all is said and done your car will look cheap.
A few cheap appearance mods arent bad, just dont go hog wild.

you could do what i just finished, replace your old grill with gutter guard. I'm not sure how the later GA fronts are setup grill-wise, but all I know is that it cost $3, and now my GA looks alot sportier (at least it does to me)
