I'm fiberglassing a custom 5 switch holder infront of the cup holders. Just under the Hvac controls. All I ever put there is junk so I want to get rid of that space. Not sure what all my switches will do. One for my amps on/off. one for my leds around the fog lights and leds in the ram air grills. Added more exterior lights sooner or later. one for my red floor led lights, and leds in the trunk. I'll find something for the other two.

As far as your idea. I think it will work great. I'm not a big fan on that cd holder space on them dash kits. Will look good filled up. Just take your dash kit out and use some fiber glass sheets to go over that area. Make it thin, but strong. then all you have to do is drill round holes to put some toggle switches in there.

$25 shipped? the toggles are 1" red led tipped, when you turn them on, the led's come on.

A cheap and easy idea is to get one of the "beany-baby-boxes" (those clear plastic boxes; not the ones that split in half but the one that only one long side comes off of.) Anyway, on the lid you can cut a hole big enough for one of the packages where there are 3 switches with covers and LED's on the metal plate (purchased at Pep-boys) and either paint, glue fabric, or what i did was get some wood that is really thin with a sticky back to it, and just cut it to size and put a varnish on it... also drill a hole on one of the sides where you can pull wires through. then you will have this nice looking box with three switches on top and you can always drill more holes on the sides for more switches, that way all of your switches are at one place, not everywhere...Let me try to post a pic.......

the only problem with that pic is you have 100.3 highlighted. you need 93.3 or 104.5 highlighted

unless its sunday then 94.1

or if it was about 5 years ago when 100.3 was Y100 than its ok

:D

I would get A piece of diamand plating from a hardware store and cut that down drill the holes, and you could screw it on or find another way to fasten it
