I talked to a guy about these and I really like them. I'm going to get them in a 17". Thought I'd share. Later, QD.

Thanks. I can't wait either. My Canucks will be here next Tuesday, then I have these wheels to come in. Should be good to go so I can send in a pic to the calendar committee, lolol. They have a lip of almost 2". I think I am putting 215/45-17 tires on. Later, QD.

Well the springs came in today!! Excited I am. I had no idea they were the exact same color as my car. That worked out well. Later, QD.

why are 17s a bad call. If he goes on the track at all you wouldn't want to go bigger.

I'm not a huge fan of 17's, but why do you say bad call? But that's the only size they come in.
And to the poster above me, I will not take this car to the track. It's just going to nice and low and clean. Later, QD.

The car is burgundy. And I've decided against the wheels. Going to go factory GT. Later, QD.

i only said bad call because 17's look too small on a 99+ GA...18's have a better look... im sure they will still look badA$$

I'm going to pick up my rims/tires tomorrow. Will have pics up of the set up. I think it will look great. I don't ever see any burgundy GAs with those rims on them so it should be a nice change. Later, QD.

Love the style but have a feeling once you get them on and look you're going to say they look small. General rule of thumb is with wheels with a lip on them,go a size bigger. The lip will make the overall look look smaller. I went with 18's because of the this.
As far as the track deal,I just got a 1/10 slower at the track with my 18's over my best with my 14's,not much slower.

I'm not doing the black wheels anymore. I'm just sticking with the factory GTs. Later, QD.

Just realized I don't want to put any more money in the car than necessary. I can get the GT wheels w/tires for $300/set as opposed to about $1,000 for aftermarket wheels/tires. Later, QD.

Chrome GTs are $300/set w/tires at every salvage yard around here in Atlanta. Later, QD.
