do you mean like buy a functionable ram air hood and put it on your car, then yes, if you mean construct tubes to run it into your intake, im not sure, but i dont see why you couldnt,

Yeah, RA hood may give you 5hp if you're lucky. It's mostly for looks. CAI would give ya the most.
