150 000km maintenance

hey guys

im coming up on 150k km and im wondering what more i should get done/checked at this time

have done the following:

- replace plugs/wires
- coolant flush
- tranny flush
- replaced fuel filter
- greased front brake calipers
- replaced FPR (as the line had gas smell)
- replacing battery today (optima red) mostly to make way for new audio setup, cleaning terminals best i can, though do want to do the big 3 soon, would like to know that im changing but dont have the wire or time at the moment

lately have noticed a few issues, not sure if I should make another thread in the problems section but here it goes

idle seems a little rough, stutters sort of, doesnt seem like a misfire, kinda shakes and jerks at times, randomly not consistant(as in hitting every beat) but for the most part its happening all the time, pulsing in a way
also it surges forward at times when breaking at low speeds (foot not on gas! lol)

I have read o2 sensors can cause surging and as iv read they get lazy and shoot bad readings, do you think this might be the cause of my rough idle?

I open the hood and look at the engine, it does actually shake when it does that, i would think for sure its a misfire but it doesnt seem like that, doesnt cough from the exhaust and its not on a set beat, randomly but all the time

also one other issue, I had mentioned I had noticed a clunk when I stopped in netural a few times (I am very careful about this and dont shift into neutral or anything when switching from d to r)

when im full stopped, foot on break, and i put it in drive from park or drive from reverse or reverse to drive i hear a clunk or loud click in the tranny, mounts maybe? something else, its under warrenty but have yet to use it (would love to) but need money for them to look at it in case they dont want to honor the warrenty

it seems like its sort of not getting the gas continually, when i open the hood and put my ear down to it, on the side with the belts I can hear a hissing and it comes and goes, sort of like its struggling

sometimes when im driving too i can hear a whistle, not sure if its that hissing i can hear under the hood or some other issue with my air filter etc

its fine when im driving, no problems ever when im driving, there are issues with it starting still, loops a few times before it starts, even when i let it sit at on for a few seconds until i dont hear anything turning on anymore

not sure about belts if they should be changed
