96 drl wires

so ive searched through the Haynes manual in the back with the wiring diagrams, which wires do i need to splice/cut/connect together to disable the drls and so forth? they have the colors listed in the book? i can try to photocopy off my printer the page of it for anyone thats interested.

it the haynes manual under the wiring diagrams it shows "drl disable" with an ORG/BLK wire, if i pull this wire out it should disable them without any problems. am i correct?

ok so i tried the wires that the book mentioned but theres some problems here:
1. I found the 3 connectors on the PCM and then i found another connector that has the ORG/BLK (DRL Disable Input) wire, i pulled it and nothing.
2. The book says YEL/BLK which there is none just YEL. no LT GRN, but there is a WHT/GRN and GRN wire. pulled those also.... nothing
3. On this perticular plug there is no WHT wire, so what are they talking about here?
4. Seen another plug with ORG/BLK and WHT wire, no LT GRN pulled those..... nothing, my only theory is that one connector on the PCM itself and itself ONLY.
5. Checked the engine bay for the fuse block... found it then proceeded to search for a DRL fuse and found nothing, i also looked inside the drivers side fuse block and found nothing.

any help is greatly appreciated!
