Hey Guys,

I need your help.
I have a 2002 SE with 15" wheels. Tire (215/60R15)
I am wanting to goto 17x7 or 17x8 rims and upgrade to 225/45R17 tires.

I have been looking for the info regarding my wheel. For example. What is the offset, back spacing, central hole and fixing holes (lugs spacing) sizes. (I beleive the lugs are 5x114.3)

I see a lot of posts saying 99+ offset is..... but I know that the 2002 and 2003 vehicles have a different offset, I just don't know what it was changed to.
I am also looking for the weight (in lbs) for the 15" steel rim itself and the BFGoodrich Touring T/A SR4 tire.

I have asked my dealership and have called both GM Canada and GM in the US. They aparently don't have that technical info on any of their cars. I think I might need to call their Headquarters.

Can any one help!!!

Thanks!

you can probably find all your info on the inside of the wheel. most wheels have all the specs stamped on the inside of the wheel.
you can go with 17x7 and most likely 17x8 just make sure you got right offset. I dont know what new GA's got and how much room they got in the wheel wells.
As long as you dont have your car slammed to the ground you should be fine.

www.tirerack.com is a good place to shop and look for wheels. I got my wheels there and they ship fast. I actually bought a new wheel due to damage and it took them 2 days to get it to me.

I couldnt email you back since you blocked it. But you will/should find offset in there but youll need to weight it yourself. just use a bathroom scale! :D
