I was wondering if there are any coil overs or lowering springs made for any other cars that will work on a 94' ga? I found this info. on springs and it says that the same model of springs for my ga is the same for a cavalier of the same year. What do you think?

its prolly a bad idea trying to custom fit another cars coil overs/lowering springs because each car is a different weight and the springs are made to hold that cars weight.

Well, if they say they are the same you would expect them to work just fine ... he is my suggestion, call a GM parts department and see if the factory part number for the springs are the same for the two cars and if they are, you are good to go :)

Your actually right. This is something that I guess all 87-94 GA owners should know, and that is that the springs for a 87-94 Cavalier are the exact same as the springs for a 87-94 Grand Am. 95 Grand Am's are the same body style but the rear suspension was changed. The APEX springs I put on my car are the same part number as the cavaliers and the box my springs came in is actually labaled for "87 - 94 cavalier" and I installed them with no problems on my 94 GAGT. Not all parts places know this though, but if you get them to cross reference part numbers you will see and they will see that they are the same springs.
