So I have to park outside and I wax on a regular basis and generally hand wash about once or maybe every two weeks. (inside and out) do any products exist that last longer/better for a car when its outside?

For sure some waxes and sealants last longer than others. Although I'm not using it currently, I found that the Zaino sealants outlasted anything else I've ever used. Conversely, I found Meguiars Gold Class wax to not last at all.

The longevity of any wax/sealant is gonna be 90% dependant on how clean the surface is your applying it to.

This is why its imparitive to claybar and use a paint cleaner prior to waxing/sealing, especially if its never been done before.

Try a Duragloss Sealant like Duragloss 101 followed by 105 the next day. In my experience it is just as durable and looks just as good as Zaino for a fraction of the price. And you can pick it up at your local Car Quest Auto parts store.

I totaly agree, he is still gonna want to clay though, 101 can only do so much.

Definitely... claying is a must if you can feel roughness on the surface.

I second that. I thought it was good for the luster but not all that long lasting.
Eagle Nanowax lasted way longer, but is more difficult to work with. You have to use microfiber cloths for sure.

Yeah i just ran out of Meguairs, so after I use the clay, I'll try an alternative wax.

Yeah, give it a shot and let us know how it holds up. It's always good to know what works well if you got no garage.
