I don't know what they cost. Best bet would be a phone call to your local dealer or, maybe, a quick check on gmpartsdirect.com (I don't work for them or recommend them, just heard about them here).

To clarify, nut #22196749 is called out for 2002-2005 L61 Grand Ams instead of nut #22123946. New hardware (the nut) must be used for R&R. I listed the other parts for convenience and in case of an "oops." ;)
