Exhaust man. and crossover?

Has anyone taken off their exhaust manifolds and the crossover pipe? How difficult is it? :)

well your probably going to snap the bolts off for the crossover , and then you will have to drill those out, which is a pain in the ass. the manifolds are ok to do, its pretty much what you expect, takes awhile and your hand might be sore, but its ok to do. and when you take off the manifolds dont be suprised when you dont see gaskets. there is none.

Ok, may be a winter project. Wanna get them coated for show. Also, did you make a How-to on the 5 speed conversion? If so, where is it? If not, why not? :lol: Thanks.

LOL, i never made a how to because from what i figured is nobody would actually go through with it, and ive already been asked a million questions on people that wanted to do it but never did when they realized how much work it is and custom work it is. i supose i should write one up though so more people can read through it.

Yeah, you should. You wont have to explain it all the time when someone asks. I want to either do the 4 speed auto swap or the 5 speed swap.
