Yeah, I guess your right. Check out the plastic on the windows of the house. I think the truck is worth more than the house. The Grand Am has been good to me so far, I just picked it up yesterday.

edit- I guy I know will sell me the 20's off his GTP for cheap. hmmm.........

I was expecting much less when I bought the car for $800. Only 75k on it. Everthing works. I pieced the stereo together for $105. Can't complain.

If you keep it up, that car will run forever.
Takes alot to kill an iron duke 2.5.

The car will rust out and the doors will fall off
but the motor will keep on runing

Luggage rack...yuck! Ugly, yet still not ghetto. If you want to hear ghetto, I'll losely use that term on the trunk install. I've seen worse, but thats the most "ghetto-ness" I see with the car....keep trying. :p

Like Garden said. It'll last a longtime, just watch out for the body pannels to give way before the motor does.

I'll see if I can edit the title for you guys. It's the oldest cheapest car I've had in a long time so it feels kinda ghetto to me. My bad, I wish I had pics of my old '84 Caprice to show you guys. That car was ghetto without a doubt.

those old GAs have some potential, as nineteen88ga has shown.

friend of mine has an 88 caprice with the 305. we named it Beastie. almost as rusty as the 85 suburban we used to have.

As said before, the body will die before the engine will.

Once the car rusts too bad, take the Iron duke out of it and make a very fast go cart :D.
