Touch ups

Well last night we had a bad storm. A tree landed on my car but didn't cause alot of damage. There were some few deep scratches left on my car. I want to know if anybody out here knows were I could buy some touch up paint that you wouldn't tell the difference or should I just go to a body shop. I'll post some pics later.

go to the dealership. They sell little bottles of touch up paint for like 6-9 bucks. I have a lot of scratches and the lady (REAL nice :) said that they sell them their.

Thanks tido_29, So you live in houston? Did you get any bad weather out there. I was over there in Humble tx for the weekend. I will try the dealership then, I just sucks to see my car like that. By any chance do you know where I could get the color code for my car? I thinking of getting my car the sc/t hood. Just wonder how much did they charge you for your SD hood? laters

If you look under the cover plate for your spare tire you'll see a sticker with lots of information about the car. The color code is one of them.

It's usually 3-number code followed by a letter. IIRC my color code is 519F.

naw, it just got all cloudy here. Yeah here in good old HOT houston. :cry: hehe. yeah the color code is located in the lid of the spare tire. it is the last number on the bottom. mine is U###. its all by its self. just like gimli said.

i got my SD hood for 500 shipped an painted. I knew the guy and told him that I wanted it. then like 3 months later, he gave me first dibs. The SC/T hood is like 900 bucks so. the SD is like 700.
