In the past 4 years or so Ive been through 3 setups, each different and lil more powerful. Well I finally made up my mind on what Im looking for. Did have a dual 12inch sealed box with 2 12inch Audiobahns powered by a Kicker amp. Only pushed about 300rms a piece in that setup. It was nice but I decided I want some more trunk space(box took up half the back of the trunk). Now I have this..........

12inch Alpine Type-R in a Q-Logic ported box(1.25cu ft,good enough for this sub actually) and a Kenwood monoblock amp pushing 500 watts RMS....

Surrrrrrrrrreeee, you say this is your last setup but honestly, is there ever a last setup, it's never ending. Looks nice.

I said my last setup was my last and final, since I had what I had always wanted. Then, I figured, hell, I have enough room in my trunk for 4 more 8's, so I sold my DD's, and I am now looking for 6 AudioQue 8's. :p

well my whole overal goal for the car has changed too so thats why I wanted this setup and feel its most likely going to stay the longest. I may get a sub or amp down the road but setup wise, meaning box is prolly gonna be the same as is now.

i had my 2 type r's for almost a 2 and half years now and i'm extremly happy with them. i said they were also going to be my last setup but i found a 18w3v2 for sale and couldn't pass it up  waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay to loud. i had a headache everytime it was above 4. so i'm sticking with my r's

2 type r's should be louder then 1 18w3v2....unless the install is sub par
