3400 questions

I'm looking at a '95 monte carlo ls with the 3400 in it. The car has 135,000 miles on it. What are the major things that go wrong with this motor and do you think $900 is a decent price. Car supposedly runs excellent but has some minor cosmetic flaws. Just looking for a heads up before i go check this car out. Thanks in advance. :)

900 isnt bad I guess. IIRC the 95 mote carlos had a 3.4 DOHC not a 3400. I might be wrong with that but I'm pretty sure I'm not.

i think joe is right, i dont think those had a 3400SFI motor...

ya..the 3400 didnt exsist yet, at least not publically in cars
