looks amazing man, good job. i thought the output on aftermarket lights (black or clear) was horible cause i had both, EVEN with HIDs... but that looks very good and makes me want those headlights now. they wont look as good on my car, i woulda got them if i was still customizing it like that. i have stocks, they are good enough for now lol. but those are very nice man i like
PM sent by the way..

I didn't think it would originally look good with my car being silver but it turned out really good. everyone always compliments them all the time.

lookin good, was waiting on another black car to snag them before i did. how easy is it to change out those 3 stacked bulbs? i'd probably tap them into the signals and throw amber in there, i don't like them with with the white, especially when you have the halos as it is.

Looks good.
Too bad the low beam projectors weren't a bit higher in the housings or a bit larger.

looks amazing on my absolute favorite ga!
So I didn't get to see what you're running for the high beams? I know I saw 6k or something, what kit did you use?
I know a member on a local forum was complaining about the quality of those lights, the film covering the headlight was bubbling/peeling and he had to modify/smash some shit before he could get them to fit, and even then they were sticking out.
I like how they look, and adding the HID lights makes them perfect.
Can you add the pilot.com HID set in there? Wouldn't mind running a 4k set with super white high beams.
Edit: Currently I'm just running some Hella superwhite bulbs which are a touch brighter than the Silverstars I had before. I'm happy - but I really like how those headlights look. Combine with a sweet HID setup = teh secks. One of a few upgrades I enjoy is lighting and wouldn't mind saving for this one.

I don't see why the Pilot kit wouldn't fit... You'd just need to get them with the H1 socket HID bulbs.
Nice - I might have to check it out then. I like how it looks and HID projectors kick ass :)

Just came across this thread. I love the look of the projectors with HIDs. I need to get a kit for mine. Just have silverstars in mine right now. If anyone wants the projectors but think the color of them wont go with the car. just take them apart and paint them.
Heres mine. they were black.

Hey Mike, Is the light output better with HID's With Black housing clear corners or HID's with your new projectors?

dunno never had the black housing but it does seem a little better than stock with hid's

How much of the headlight basket did you have to cut out. I think I need to cut mine more to get the lights to fit right.
