Another GAOC member ( thanks Dargonasmus) ran a Carfax for me, and it shows 9 records of where my car was registered and where.

First question is,for those who are familiar with Carfaxes, is the city reported where the car is registered or where the owner lives?

There was also this entry about having the vehicle "officially serviced" at 118K.Are vehicle tune-up service records "usually" reported to Carfax? And if not, why did this trip find its way to the vehicle records?
Second is, well , is having 9 records a normal thing for a GA with 170K?

The only thing I'd even remotely worry about is the fact that my car started its first month at a rental car lot in MN.The GA got her first owner 15 days later ( on my birthday in 2000 ),so besides that and the service work entry, she seems to have had a calm life.

Thanks in advance for the interpretations. I just got this yesterday and was like , wow , my car's been places.

The 9 records of registration are each year's registration from 2000 till 2007 (plus it must have changed hands one or more times in there).

The location is the place where the registration took place (not where the owner lives).

I'm not sure about the "Officially serviced" record, but I would guess it's not anything to worry about. In fact, it's probably a good thing.
