can we use 99-04 caviler,sunfire,malibu,and alero parts?like throttle bodys,cat-backs,sri & cai,headers,etc?

It would depend on the specific part, but yes, you can probably use some parts from each of those cars listed.

As a rule of thumb on the 2.4...

Engine parts = yes
Intakes = usually
Exhaust, headers = assume no, requires research into specific part
