exhaust advice

so i jus placed an order thru jegs for a slploudmouthcat back exhaust 2.5 mandrel bent they told me its discontinued???the guy on the phone seemed like a kinda burn out he went on to tell me he couldnt find anything for my car in his system???what is a good cat back for my car 2002 gagtexcept borla way too expensive give me some hard fax so i can just tell the guy what to order me i have to go thru jegs the company i work for has an acct there

There are three prefabbed catbacks for the 5th gen: Borla, SLP (discontinued), and the Pacesetter. Other than the pacesetter catback it is cheaper to just get your own catback made. If you have to order through Jegs then I would just get some mandrel bends, tips, muffler, and take it all to a shop to get installed.

yep your better off just going to a mom and pop shop to have them fab you up a custom exhaust with muffler and tips of choice. There are shops that do manderal bend. It all depends on how much you want to spend.

Order thru summitracing.com and then get the piping from the shop and have them install it.

wow that sounds awsome cool i just decided what to go with flow master 80's of course now i just have to wait for my s&s headders to arrive i already got my magna flow cat so...real soon i to can sound awsome oh ya and i stillwaiting for my doc speed cai to get here too cant wait for all my goodies i am so glad all my bills left me haha
