Im not up to date with all the electronics thats why i ask..The only thing is i dont think my daughter (1yr) would be able to see it from the back,so im not sure what to get..I have seen the ones that slip over the seat, but dont like the way they look, and i dont think a flip down would work as there isnt much room..Just pondering ideas is all for now..Thanks Rodney

I can't speak for fit, but quality-wise it's a Walmart brand so I'd be cautious. Also, you're probably already aware of it, but keep in mind that if you're looking to entertain your daughter while you're driving you'll have to install it yourself and figure out how to bypass the parking break shutdown feature since all in-dash DVD units are designed to "only operate when parked". The over the seat units are a great option for kids in the back seat since as your daughter gets older she'll be able to control it herself and it can easily move with you from car to car. I'm with you though, they don't look all that great.

to bypass the feature that disables dvd playback while in any gear but park simply attach the wire that is stated in the instructions to be hooked to the parking brake and hook it into the ground. its that simple

^IIRC not all indash dvd players are that simple anymore, but that one probably is.

yeah i think some of the more top end ones actually have codes that must be entered to disable it
